2.1 Information You Provide
- Account & Payment Information: When you purchase a subscription, payment is processed by Waffo, our Merchant of Record. We receive your email address and transaction details but do not store your credit card or payment credentials. Please refer to Waffo's Privacy Policy for their data practices.
- Support Communications: If you contact us via email, we collect the content of your message and your email address to respond to your inquiry.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard web analytics data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- Manual Import Data: HTML supplied by paste or file is processed in the Figma plugin workflow and is not sent to our remote URL-rendering service. We do not access or store the resulting Figma designs.
- URL Import Data: When you choose URL import, the public URL is sent through our Cloudflare Worker to a remote browser-rendering service. That service loads the page and returns rendered capture data to the plugin. Do not use URL import for confidential or private-network content.
- License Data: The plugin contacts our license API to verify a license and enforce plan allowances. We may process the license key, plan, verification timestamps, and URL-capture usage counters.
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect personal data beyond what is described above.
- We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes on html2design.com.
- We do not access or store the content of your Figma files.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To process and manage your subscription
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- To send transactional emails related to your purchase (order receipts via Waffo, license key delivery via Resend)
- To improve and maintain the Service
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain your email address and transaction records for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for accounting and legal compliance purposes. Support correspondence is retained for up to 24 months.

6. Data Security & Processing Modes
Manual HTML, file, and paste import does not send the supplied markup to our remote URL-rendering service. URL import uses our infrastructure and a remote browser because the requested public page must be loaded outside Figma. Localhost, private network addresses, and unsupported URL schemes are blocked.
Capture data is returned to the plugin to create the selected result. We use HTTPS for network communication and restrict access to the rendering service. No network service can provide an absolute security guarantee, so confidential content should use manual import rather than URL import.
The only personal data we hold is your email address and transaction record from Waffo, which is the minimum required to manage your subscription. Our website and license server are served over HTTPS via Cloudflare.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data.
- Portability: Request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection: Object to processing of your data in certain circumstances.

8. Children's Privacy
